As Sadhguru says food is classified into three major categories in yoga. Positive Prana food Negative Prana food and  Zero Prana food. We have to add more positive prana food to enhance our health.  We must avoid negative prana food as it deteriorates our body and mind. We should avoid zero prana food as well;because it doesn't carry anything good and it is taken only for taste. BSP - The Life Changer!

Hi Fellas, Welcome back. Today I am going to share about the experience, which I had, when I attended one of the higher programs of Isha yoga at Vellingiri foothills in Coimbatore . Well, it was in the month of January 2009, I attended the program called BSP [Bhava Spandana]. It was a three day program which changed my perception about this life. The program was designed in such a way that you would not have time to think what’s happening around you. It would intrigue you in so many ways, which is inexplicable by words. The program was to know the divine within and it was so powerful. It is really difficult for me to explain it. Whatever words I use to explain it, is not suffice. During the program, something broke inside me and I started to feel something other than this body and mind with full awarness.
