Hello Comrades, In this article, I am going to share some useful information about food. The food, which we eat determines our body and affects mind too. As Sadhguru says food is classified into three major categories in yoga. Positive Prana food Negative Prana food and Zero Prana food. We have to add more positive prana food to enhance our health. We must avoid negative prana food as it deteriorates our body and mind. We should avoid zero prana food as well;because it doesn't carry anything good and it is taken only for taste. Negative Prana food: The negative prana food list includes, Garlic Onion Chilly Asafoetida Brinjal [egg plant] Coffee and Tea Other nervous stimulants and drugs The above said seven food varieties are known as negative prana food.
